Multi-faceted, distracted easily, interested in a bunch of things. That said, I'm going to do my darndest to keep my posts around wellness, natural remedies, living healthy and hey, other things too because it's not paprika, but variety my friends, that is the spice of life. 

Disclaimer: Now Dr. T does have a great ring to it and my hand writing can be ridiculously illegible, but - I'm not a doctor. Any sharings are based on my personal experiences, failed attempts and victorious wins. 

This... *gestures at site* all began because once upon a long ass time ago, pre-my-Insta account, existed my blog. *cats hiss, lightning strikes, skies cry* But because that platform had the temperament of a drunk, it was incredibly unpredictable and I'd regularly have friends (and pretty sure closet fans too - I saw the stats, I read the graphs and site counters, I went to school, I eat veggies, I can go on, but I'll stop) inform me that they wanted to read my newer posts but really couldn't because the site kept fucking out.

This frustrated me. I was writing to creatively express my self discovery ahas but because the site wasn't playing along, I felt I was eating the most delicious soup - with a knife.
And so after I hit it enough, I decided to quit it.
Until now. So here we are, re-united and it feels... mediocre. Jaykay jaykay. My sacral chakra and solar plexus is tingling. I'm excited. Hashtag good to be back.
